Wedding Guidelines:

1. Let us know in 100 words or less "What Marriage Means To You" Send on a separate piece of paper and mail with this entry form and a recent photograph of the couple.

2. The wedding will be held on Saturday, September 12, 1998, at the historic Conrad Mansion in Kalispell, Montana (Time to be determined).

3. Entries are limited to one per couple.

4. Wedding package provided for up to 25 people.

5. Airfare (if necessary) is at the winners' expense.

6. Each entrant must be at least 18 years old.

7. Entries will be judged on June 30, 1998, and winners will be notified immediately.

Consent & Liability Waiver

  I agree that by my signature below, any photographs, audio, or video taken of us may be used for promotion and advertising by Storybook Weddings, contest sponsors and vendors. The winners and guests agree to idemnify, defend and hold harmless all sponsors and vendors from any and all claims and losses occuring or resulting to the winners and guests in the performance of this event. All items may be upgraded at the winners' expense.
